Ink not flowing from cartridge

helllo
my black catridge is not working and the ink is not flowing even though it is half full i have tried to pierce it with a needle and i a constantly runnig cleaning sessions but with no success
PS: all the othercartridges are working properly

What exactly is the model number? This post is in the Color Laserjet 8500 section, and the Laserjets do not have ink they use toner.
What did you pierce with a needle? If it is an inkjet cartrdge this could cause damage.....
