Question about Canon DC20 DVD Camcorder
Check the laser lens for any dirt or obstruction. If there is, clean it carefully with a "Q" tip and alcohol. Insert a disk and listen for the disk turning inside the drive. If you don't hear anything then something is wrong with the read laser. It's either damaged or burned out. The laser must focus, read, and then spin the disk to not show "no disc".
