Nortons did not complete download of its purchased antivirus

Nortons failed to download its antivirus which was bought twice. On each ocation it failed to finish. We did not have broadband at the time.

We now have broadband. Can we now download this product free as your records will show that she has paid but not received the product.

Please help

Do you mean you forgot to download it to your computer ?
You should be able to log into your Norton Customer Account and download it once in your account login.

At the very least you can click on the support option at the bottom of the page and get help on getting Nortons That you purchased.

Be aware if you are upgrading Nortons you may need to remove the previous version of Nortons Anti Virus before running the newer install program you are about to download and run !

I bought a laptop .. since that day my product key for norton internet security didnt work. pls tell me the product key or renewal code for it thank u


If you got the computer new, they come with a trial version of antivirus and you have to purchase a full version. They normally come with only a 60 day trial of Nortons Internet Security. If you didnt buy an ativirus there is no code. You have a trial version and need to go buy one.

There are commercial anti virus programs you can purchase and install on your computer such as McAfee and Nortons.
There are also freeware anti virus programs on the Internet that you can download, but they may not have the same level of protection as commercial anti virus programs.

Nortons automaticly updated my nortons antivirus without my knowledge. I didn't realize I had the automatic update turned on. I have another antivirus installed on my computer. Please remove this update...


you would have to call nortons customer service yourself and tell then you want your money back and tell them what happened a random stranger cant do that but depending on how long you have been using the norton, they might say no

VERY SLOW


a generic fix-all for slow computers is:
add RAM, Defragment your Hard drive and make sure you are using a stable OS (i wouldn't recommend Vista).

Nortons only protects you now, It will not fix a previous problem without sending them more money, try running Ad-Aware from Lavasoft it is free, and also download and run CCleaner they both are free and clean-up registry problems and adware plus much more.

Message says my subscription has expired? I purchased Internet Security from Nortons on 12/7/07 why has it expired? It appars I am no longer protected and do not understand why this is.


Most of the Norton antivirus comes with one year subscription. date u mentioned here seems like more then 1 year old. That's why it says expired
If you dont want to spend any more money on antivirus then uninstall this one and download AVG from this site. this is really good antivirus for free and good for ever.

This might not be the solution but it might be

try and make sure that nortons firewall is up and running and make sure that the windows firewall is allowing nortons antivirus through goto windows firewall and look to allow nortons through if it is not in the list put it in there

and make sure nortons firewall is allowing widows firewall

and make sure you have auto protect on plz let me know if this helps out
