Question about Panasonic PT-47WXC43 47" Rear Projection Television
You have a problem called "blooming" which is caused by a defect in the regulation circuit of the high voltage section. If you are not a technician you probably cannot troubleshoot it succsssfully as this is a hard problem to solve. You probably can change out the entire high voltage board if you are good with tools and concientious. I looked on http://www.encompassparts.com and they list a service manual and quite a few parts, some are no longer available. If they have the board you should be able to change it with my tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4916851-diagnosing_repair_tv_high_voltage .
