Most likley the internal battery is leaking and won't hold or take 100% charge.

    this is the initial charge out of box been charging since 12 am and its now 10 pm (spain)

24 v ryobi battery won't charge


Minimum FAST charge is 2 hours if it has a fast charge setting. If not, 6 to 8 hours to charge fully. I leave mine on overnight so about 10 hours..

If it's old then the battery has probably worn out and no longer holds much charge. See if it can be replaced.

How do I charge the battery on a 1990 xlh sportster 1200


The voltmeter test provides general indicator of battery condition. Check the voltage of the battery to verify that it is in a 100 per cent fully charged condition. If the open circuit or disconnected voltage reading is below 12.6 V, charge the battery and then recheck the voltage after the battery has set for one to two hours. If the voltage reading is 12.8 V or above, perform the load test described below.



The load test measures battery performance under full current load and is the best indicator of battery condition. Load testing a battery tat is not FULLY CHARGED i.e. at 12.8 VDC can permanently damage it. Fully charge it first and then let it stand for at least an hour before the load test is done. You also need a load tester AND you should know how to perform a load test. Often the best way to load test a battery will be to take it to a battery shop and have it done there.



VOLTAGE and STATE OF CHARGE FOR AGM BATTERIES IS:

12.8 VDC is 100 per cent

12.6 VDC is 75 per cent

12.3 VDC is 50 per cent

How do i know if battery is fully charged


Every new camera needs at-least 10 hours to get fully charged. you can count that way may be.. hence there may not be any proper notifications for fully charged battery...

How long does it take to charge battery. how do I know when we need a new battery


If ur battery is less than a year old,it take about 6 hours to fully charge the battery,after a year the battery weaker,it take like about 8 to 10 hours for a fully charge.The used of the DVD player last only 10 to 20 of used of the DVD player or DVD player the charge light don't lite at all.

Not starting looking for reasons. dash lights come on and cd player stops for no reason. Last time car started it died right a way then did'nt start again. I changed the starter and the battery is nearly...


it realy sounds like you have knocked the battery flat try to recharge it for a fuw days on a home charger off the car if poss if not poss that should still charge up but it takes a little longer to fully recharge the battery up but it will take at least two or three dayes to fully recharge it the way to work it out how long it should take is this,,,a 40amp hour battery will take 10 hours to recharge at 4 amps thats its max charge too?
or devide the amp hour by 10,,,ie: 60amp takes at 4 amp =15 hours charging,,,but it can be charged at 6 amps then its only 10 hours,,, i know,,,boring huh?

My phones (philips cd445) will not hold a charge for more than a few hours off the cradle...yes I have replaced the batteries, twice. once with disposables, once with rechargeables


You might have what is called "memory'. If you continue to replace the phone on it's charger after each call the battery will "think" it's empty, giving you s short charge time. Next time you replace the batteries (rechargeable) FULLY charge them then leave the phone off the charger until you go to bed at night.

Unit will not turn on


Your battery is recharged when connected to your computer. Turn the player off and connect it to your computer via the USB cord. The computer must be turned on. Initial charge should be for 10 hours with subsequent charges 3 to 4 hours for a full charge. A quick charge of 1-1/2 hours will give you a 70 percent charge. A fully charged battery will last up to 15 hours under normal use.
