Question about Samsung Propel Cell Phone
OK, the 2 main issues regarding this problem is either overheating of the phone itself, or a firmware related issue.
SO, firstly we can test the overheating option. If you ave some kind of phone cover, take it if for a day or two, if the restarting persists, we need to have a look at the second option.
Now, the second option is much more general than the first one. SO, if you have determined that the phone is not overheating, i will suggest that you take your phone back to the dealer, ask them to reload your firmware, Usually they do not charge you any money doing this.
If you have tried both of the above solutions, and the problem still persists, let me know, so we can look at some other options. Feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance.
