If you take the back plate off and remove the circuit board, there are two little rubber pieces that are inserted in the hard plastic pedals. take them out and flip them around and insert them back, don't push them all the way in, reassemble you pedal and you should be good to go, may have to make future adjustments. be careful handling the circuit board, wear latex or nitrile gloves. Oil from your fingers will damage the circuitry and your pedal will be no more, hope this helps and good luck!!!

My Wawa pedal went out on my Digitech RP 500 how could I make it work again

This might work - Hold the bypass switch for five seconds and follow the on screen instructions to calibrate the expression pedal. If that doesn't work you could also try doing a back up and then a factory reset. You may also consider a separate wah pedal. There are many recommendations at:

No sound after turning on DigiTech RP200

HEY THERE! I have had similar problems with digitech pedals before. Follow these steps and if the problem is fixable you should be able to identify and correct it.
First identify where the actual problem is. These steps are basically just a "process of elimination" troubleshooting method. This method works for almost any problem with electronics.

1.Plug cable direct to amp from guitar. Have sound? If so its not cable repeat this step with the other cable. Good?

2.If both cable are working plug direct to pedal and use headphones to see if you hear anything. If there is sound it is the output jack.

3.If you still don't hear anything turn on the metranome or "rhythm button and crank the volume ALL the way UP. If you faintly hear a click then it is definitely a power supply issue. Be sure that the AC adapter you are using is 9V and at LEAST 1300mA. I know from experience if the milliAmps are lower than that it will work but not draw enough power to output any sound.
(If you have an old Nintendo system that power supply will work)

4.If a new power supply is used and all other options don't work the pedal is probably broke....I would try a factory reset just to be sure it is not a setting you bumped or something.

The foot pedal (not the switches) on my "DigiTech RP90 Modeling Guitar Processor does not will move but it changes nothing.

All DigiTech expression pedals use an optical system instead of potentiometers.

Either the light is broke, or the filter.

The filter protrudes from the bottom of the pedal, and is darker at the top and gradually fades to clear at the bottom. If this breaks off, then there's nothing to limit the amount of light to the optical system.

If it is the light, then you'll have to have it serviced by someone qualified to work on it. Your local music shop should be able to help you out.

Hope that helps!

I was using my digitech vocalist live 2 pedal during a gig 3 days ago and about 2 songs in, everytime i touched any part of the pedal or pressed the harmony on/off switch to activate the harmonys, the...

Yeah I have an idea... It is likely static electric discharge. At this time of the year we get zapped touching metal things and it also drives electronics nuts... You don't even have to feel it to get zapped.

Try using in your bare feet and see if it fusses... We had a lady vocalist wearing those ugg boots and caused static pops in her microphone... anyway try the test and if it fixes the problem, then look up Staticide spray... You can get it at for example... spray floor in the area you are playing on to kill the static.

The only other thing is to check if wiggling the power input plug causes the problem. Those plugs are notorious for poor connections when they wear.

Digitech RP 90 foot switch is not working

I removed the back cover, unscrewed the two (of 4) screws holding down the circuit board, replaced them again, and it worked fine.
