Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

Media import wizard won't work any more

On XP. It was all working fine, both my fuji finepix camera and my sony Handycam were fine - I would plug either one in and up would come the box asking what I wanted to do and I would choose to import them. Then one day it stopped working - I tried a restore but nothing worked. So I have checked the registry for something-or-other I found on the net and thats all ok, so I tried to reinstall them and now neither of them will install onto the pc, so I'm assuming thats why the import wizard doesn't come up. Ulead detects the camera. & handycam software detects the camcorder. but neither save in the way that I need them to! Its driving me mad! Have tried both USB ports, separate leads, nothing. Please help!

Need window 7 drivers to convert my finepix 2800z camera to sweb cam

ø the selector switch must be in the middle, the image that's between the camera and the movie camera, (the power button), plug in the USB, power up the camera, from there, Windows should find the device and cause it to show up as a removable drive

ø format your media card, that will put the folder back. All you have to do is right click the drive that shows up when you plug-in your camera, click on format and all will return. The different user issue is a odd. You my have chosen just this user instead of any user that uses this computer.

ø have the FinePix 2800Zoom, may be able to help you out. On your media card that goes into your camera, you should see a folder named 100_FUJI. That folder must always be there so that when you take pictures, it has a folder to be saved to.

Audio & video is not working

You downgrade from Vista to XP right?

Installing your audio drivers on XP:- ***important
You have to install the "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp33867)" first, before intalling the audio drivers Conexant CX20549-12 Audio Driver for Microsoft Windows XP (sp41836.exe).

If you reverse the procedure your audio won't work.

Hope it helps.
