That could be many different problems than just one. first check the swr's of you antenna system with a different working radio. if that is good. then loose connections would be the first place to look at if there are two problems tx and rx.. if you need help let me know

the best thing to do is take out the sim and reinsert it as your phone might have lost some configuration to send/receive a text message. If that doesn't work then your phone company might have erased txt messaging from your plan. Contact them.

you need to check with your provider to make sure you can receive pictured texts, some providers have different text packages, yours might not allow you to receive.
