Question about Indesit W 123 Front Load Washer
Pull out the machine. remove the drain hose from the water outlet pipe and place it low down in a basin on the floor. The water should empty from the drum by gravity. when the water empties you should be able to open the door.
The water pump may be blocked. To check this, unplug the machine, tilt it machine backwards and have someone hold it. Have a look underneath and if you can locate the pump you should be able to rotate the impeller wheel, (probably plastic) freely by hand. if there is any resistance, it is most likely blocked, (small sock, coin etc.). You may need a service man to repair this
