Question about Sylvania Televison & Video
Hi: Make sure you note, if you changed how the DVD is installed to the system, also check the video inputs on the television to make sure you are trying to watch on right video mode. Turn on the DVD player and using the tv's remote cycle the inputs until you see your
DVD Logo. Cox may of installed the box using componet cables so this will change your input order in the tv's menu. Especially if you DVD was on one componet input and was moved to componet 2 input. If the unit is just not responding to the remote you can program you cox remote manually by hit the DVD Button in the remote and pressing setup until it blinks twice, then entering 000 and pressing the channel up button until the dvd cuts off and hit Setup to lock in code.
