Re: wont let me put music on my mp3
*Make sure the bitrate and format are supported by the Mp3 player first *If the songs were working previously, make sure they do not have expired DRM or other copyright licenses - you can check on this by right clicking on the songs and going to "properties" in My Computer (properties option does not always appear in Windows Media Player).

You can only put non-DRM iTunes music on your Opal (.m4a I think is the extension unprotected music, so if your music has this extension you sould be ok)
There is no important disk that comes with the RCA Opal. You can run the easyRip installer and during the install it will prompt you whether you want to "import" media from iTunes to easyRip (all this process really does is map to it, not copy it) and any media that gets imported by easyRip can be transferred to your player using easyRip's Player Loader module.
Do you have Limewire? If you do then click on the start button on your computer, click on music then plug in your mp3, then when you plug it in something will come up and say Auto Play click on that after that click on "OPEN FOLDER TO VIEW FILES" when you click that something will show up click on music then, click on the music you have on the computer which is saved then drag the music you want to put on it and that's it thta's how i do it?I hope i helped you!!!!!
Best advice is to get a different player. The firmware on this device is ultimately unstable. After months of different issues i replaced it with an ipod, though many others are more reliable than mymusix.
