Question about Disney Mix Max Digital Media Player

1 Answer

Help Me! I was listening to my Disney Mix Max today when I realized I didn't hear any music. I looked at the screen and that white line that shows how long the song has been playing was missing. I tried returning to the main menu to shut it off and power back up, but my screen was frozen solid! So when I got home, I pluged it into the charger, hoping that would do the trick. IT WOULDN'T! I tried pressing every button I could. Help Me!

Try pressing the reset button next to the USB connector on the bottom of the player with a thumb tack or paper clip.

How to Put Songs on Disney Mix Max

The Disney Mix Max portable media player is capable of playing audio files in the MP3 format. It can also play videos formatted as WMV and display photos formatted as JPEG. You can convert audio files into MP3 using the Disney Mix Max software -- Mix It Plug-in. The plug-in works with Windows Media Player 10. I had a similar issue. I took it to a friend of mine who is good with computers hoping he might be able to fix it........and he did....apparently the HOLD button was slid to the right locking all functions...once he slid it to the left closest to the power button, it worked fine. Imagine my embarrassment...I hope this is all that is wrong with yours as well

Disney Mix Max problems

The memory could be corrpt in the player. It some times happens so try reformatting the memory to clear it up. This will erase everything and then you can put your songs and stuff back on it. Here's a link to the manufacturers instructions on how to format the player.
