SOURCE: Port forwarding
What is the manufacturer of your router so I can get a user guide and taylor the instructions if needed?
Generally I would statically address the device to be forwarded to. If your router address is 192.168.1.1 and Subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and it's DHCP server controls address 192.168.1.100 for 50 leases to 192.168.1.149 then consider using the range 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.99 uniquely as static IP addresses. There are more starting at 18.104.22.168 but let's ignore them for now. In the network adapter to recieve port forwarded content assign a static IP address based on the above as say 192.168.1.15 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and a default gateway of 192.168.1.1. The DNS addresses should also be static however depending on your router there may be an option. Some routers allow their address to be entered as the DNS address and pass requests as appropriate to the DNS servers loaded in their lan configurations, otherwise you will enter your ISP supplied DNS addresses into the network configuration.
Now that we have established a stable IP address to forward the port to we need to tell the router everything it sees for port 5060 gets forwarded to IP Address 192.168.1.15 port 8000. If detailed instructions are needed I will need to know the manufacturer and model of your router.
Please provide the additional information and any questions in a response to this problem and I will respond when available.

Sometimes the iPhone can lockup and stop working or just show the
Apple symbol and not do anything else. But panic not, normally an app
has caused the phone to crash and it needs to be restarted.
Here’s how you do it:
Sometimes just pressing and holding the home button for about 5 seconds, can help. But if not try this:
Press and hold the iPhone’s Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for several seconds, or until you see the apple logo on the screen.
If you still have no success with the reset the only other option is to do a restore using iTunes. This will wipe you iPhone bust should get wit working again.

1. Hold the power button and home button for about 15 seconds. Don't let go until you see the silver Apple logo. 2. If the problem persists plug your iPhone into your computer and open iTunes. Than under devices, select your device and open the summary tab. 3. Once in the summary tab, click restore. It will ask if you would like to back up your phone. Select yes. 4. After about 15-30 minutes it should be done with that. Than it will ask you what backup you would like to use. Select the backup you would like to restore, or set up as new iPod. 5. Try opening an application that wouldn't work before. It should open now.
