I have limited info on your problem so I am only offering this as a suggestion to try....There usually 2 ways that size is selected ....one on your computer and the other on the copier. If you have a computer connected to your printer check there first and be sure it is set on 100% in the print function. best wishes...

This may sound silly but have you tried unplugging your printer then plugging it back it then trying to print a document? I am hoping if you do that it will return to factory settings.

I need tires but don't know the size

Usually the factory recommended tire size is listed on the door tag. There is also a size on the tire it self. Yours should be something like 255/75/16. If there's an "R" in there somewhere it stands for radial. Likewise "LT" stands for Light Truck, "A/T" for all terrain, "MS" Mud and snow, etc... Just check the door tag and the side of the tire as there are many different sizes. The first set of numbers is the height of the tire. The second set of numbers is the width of the tire: 255/75...means that the width is 75% of the height (255) as an example. The last digits are the rim size. I hope I've helped, if so please rate my assistance and leave a testimonial. Thanks for using Fixya.

How do I access the menu/control panel?

MFP and scanner settings can be changed several ways: through the MFP control panel, the software application in use,
the print driver, MarkVision™ Professional, or the Web pages. Settings changed from the application or print driver apply
only to the job being sent to the MFP.
Changes made to print, fax, copy, and e-mail settings from an application override changes made from the control panel.
If a setting cannot be changed from the application, use the MFP control panel, MarkVision Professional, or the Web pages.
Changing a setting from the MFP control panel, MarkVision Professional, or the Web pages makes that setting the user
default.
Menus (A key is shown on the button.) Touch to access the menus. These menus are only
available when the MFP is in the Ready state.
The Menus button is on a gray bar called the navigation
bar. The bar contains other buttons described as follows.
Understanding the copy screens and options
Copy From:
Opens a screen where you can enter the size of the documents you are going to copy.
Touching any of the paper size icons on the follow-on screen will make that your selection and return you to the
Copy Options Screen.
When Original Size is set to Mixed Sizes, you can scan different size original documents (letter and legal size
pages). They will be scaled automatically to fit the selected output media size.
Copy To: Opens a screen where you can enter the size and type of paper on which your copies will be printed.
Touching any of the paper size icons on the follow-on screen will make that your selection and return you to the
Copy Options Screen.
If the size settings for Copy From and Copy To are different, the MFP will automatically adjust the Scale setting to
accommodate the difference.
If you have a special type or size of paper that you'd like to copy onto that is not normally in the MFP paper trays,
you can select MP Feeder, and manually send the type of paper you want through the MP feeder.
When using Auto Match, the MFP will match the size of the original document as specified in the Copy From box.
If a matching paper size is not loaded in one of the paper trays, the MFP will scale the copy to fit loaded media.
Scale: Creates an image from your copy that is proportionally scaled anywhere between 25% and 400%. Scale can also be
set for you automatically.
When you want to copy from one size of paper to another, such as legal size to letter size, setting your Copy From
and Copy To paper sizes will automatically change the scale to keep all the original document information on your
copy.
Touching the arrow to the left lowers the value by 1%; touching the arrow to the right increases the value by 1%.
Holding your finger on an arrow makes a continuous increment.
Holding your finger on an arrow for two seconds causes the pace of the change to accelerate.

Hp laserjet 3055 scans larger than print area

When you place a document for scan, you must select the portion you want to be scanned.

You must also set the resolution which is set to 300 by default, if you want a actual size then set the resolution to 75, which is 3% larger then actual image.

It will reduce size in KB or MB of your image and it will be exact size.

Similarly, when you want to print, you must select option "Exact Fit" and print your document.

Everything will be normal.

Cheers

Hi ...

If you wish to print using a paper size which is different from the normal one A4, you need to specify the same to the printer else it will not recognize or will not accept the paper ...

Below are the steps that you can follow to:
1) Specify paper size
2) Specify paper type ..

  1. Press <Menu>.

  3. Press <la.gif> or <ra.gif> to select [PAPER SETTINGS], then press <Set>.

Issue: How do I specify the paper size and type?
Solution: Specifying the Paper Size and Type

Specifying the Paper Size and Type note_white.gif
  • When making copies on LTR-size paper after having continuously copied on paper smaller than LTR-size paper, the copies may be dirty. To prevent copies from being dirty, wait about 1 minute before making copies.
  • The paper in the multi-purpose feeder is fed prior to the paper in the cassette.
  • The settings changed in the Menu do not return automatically to the settings you set previously. Change to the previous settings again if necessary.
  • When making copies of a small size or heavy paper*, etc., the copy speed may be slightly slower than usual.
*The paper type should be selected in the Menu.
  • If you intend to make a copy and print with a thermal transfer printer using the same sheet of paper, make the copy first. Failure to do so may make copies dirty or cause a paper jam.
  • When copying onto transparencies, remove each transparency from the output tray as it is output.
