The Ministry of Sound branded MP3 players were made by Alba audio. Their product website (located here) does not appear to have any software or driver downloads. However it does have an e-mail address for their tech support (firstname.lastname@example.org). I'd suggest dropping them a note as a next step in trying to find drivers.
