I was told I needed to resynch my mouse after changing batteries. How do I dothis

there should be small white or gray button, is your devices wireless?
the transmitter will have a button on it to you need to push both at the same time so they can get in sync, if its not wireless than you will have to go into control panel look for sync control open that folder and see if you resync the device,

I changed the batteries & my mouse has stopped working any ideas

Sounds like you need to sync the mouse back up with the computer. A lot of the time there is a button on the bottom of the mouse that need to be pushed in order to resync it with the computer. If you have the manual for your mouse it will more then likely have the instructions on how to do this for your particular mouse there.
Good Luck.

My Wireless keyboard isnt working but the mouse is. I just put in brand new batteries so i know that is not the problem. Help!

Hello!

Check to make sure you resync the keyboard. Some times, when a wireless keyboard or mouse loses signal, you have to press a "Sync" button on the receiver (or device) to restore the connection. Some of the newer mice and keyboards from Logitech resync automatically, it just depends on what brand and model you have.

I hope this helps! If you're still unable to get it to reconnect, you're probably dealing with a malfunctioning keyboard. Check into the warranty!

Please remember to rate if this was helpful!

Will not connect..its not in sync with my pc

Hello

Turn the switch to the "On" position, located underneath your mouse if your mouse has a switch.

Restart your computer to have a fresh starting point for troubleshooting. Sometimes, just restarting your computer can resolve issues you have with your HP wireless mouse.

Move your HP mouse about 39 inches away from your receiver.

Unplug your USB receiver, if you have one, and wait about 10 seconds.

Replug the USB receiver into another USB port, closer to your mouse if possible, then resynchronize your mouse and receiver.

Press and hold the connect button on your receiver, while plugged in, until you see the LED light flash.

Hold and press the connect button underneath your mouse until the LED light on the receiver stops flashing.

Check to make certain the button under your mouse does not get stuck in the depressed position and releases. Also, make certain you complete this resynchronizing process in 60 seconds, or else you must start over. Your mouse will now have a new identification number from resyncing.

Unplug the USB receiver, wait 10 seconds, then replug the receiver firmly into the USB slot, pushing it in entirely. You will notice the receiver's activity light turn on, then off in the next five seconds.

Press the connect button underneath your mouse until you see the activity light turn on again on the USB receiver.

Check to make certain the mouse connect button does not remain depressed when you release it.

I own a Logiech wireless keyboard & mouse combo (Model No. MK 250). The keyboard works fine. the mouse has a red light and just stops working abruptly. I have tried another wireless mouse and it works...

Try resyncing the mouse, especially if you just replaced the batteries. Press the sync button on the receiver and then the one on the bottom of the mouse.

Check on the sides/bottom of the mouse and there should be a small button. Press the button and it will re-sync your mouse and should take care of the problem. Let me know if this works or if I can help further.

My mouse logitech V220 just keeps darting all over the place when typing

Resync the Mouse... there maybe a button on the bottom of the mouse to resync with the wireless adapter. Or simply switch USB ports and it will reinstall and that should correct it :)

How do i sync the mouse and the keyboard with the computer?

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud
