Question about Crosley Washing Machines
Use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose and remove all the water this will unlock the door.then you need to look at the drain pump and look for any obstructions that may be blocking the flow of water or stopping the impellar wheel.

Remove the control panel on the top front of the unit,there will be a plastic cable there to manually pull to unlock the door,on some models this cable may be accessable with the lower front panel removed below the front door

your drain pump or hoses are blocked with foreign material,either coins,hairpins,detergent residue from earlier washings,remove the front lower access panel if provided to access the drain hoses and pump and also check the drain itself,some washers have the access door in the back side of the machine,if the stand pipe in the house is slow to drain it can back up and cause back pressure and the machine will sense this and stop also
