Neither. Both weigh the same. W = G x M where "W" is Weight, "G" is the force of Gravity and "M" is the Mass of the object.

If the mass of two or more objects are the same, and subjected to the identical force of gravity, the two objects weigh the same.

I hope this helps!

What is buoyancy, how to people stay afloat and what are the scientific principles involved?

plenty of explanations on Wikipedia
basically if the volume mass of an object is less than the mass of water displaced by the object , that object will float so if you have a full bottle of water and it weighs 1 lb it will sink because that full bottle of water plus the mas of the bottle will be heavier that the water it displaced
however if the bottle is empty the the mass of the bottle including the mass of the bottle material will be far less than the mass of water that would be displaced if the bottle was totally immersed so the bottle floats

How much does a medicine ball weigh?

Usually, medicine balls are sold in weights between 0.91 to 11 kg. I'm sure you can find a heavier medicine ball but I think that nobody need a heavier ball then 11 kg.

If there were 8 coins of the same weight kept on 1 side and one coin of different weight but biy mistake the coin of the more weight gets mixed in those coins .we have to find the coin using top pan...

Compare any 3 coins vs and other 3: If the weight is the same, weigh the 2 remaining coins. If one side is heavier remove the lighter 3, and compare 2 of the 3 from the heavier side: If they weigh the same, the one not weighed is the odd coin, if the weight is different, you have found your odd coin on the scale.

Oil on floor under washer

Oil is generally not a good sign. It means that the tranny seal is blown OR it means that the tub seal is bad which allows water to enter the tranny (water is heavier than oil... if water gets into the tranny it will displace the oil and force the oil out)

This being a GE? I'd wager that a tranny job is in order. If the machine is less than 5 years old it's under warranty so you'd call GE at 1-800-GE CARES. If it's more than 5 years old? Your washer is no more than a boat anchor. Get a new washer, preferably a Whirlpool. The repair cost for a new tranny will out-weigh the value of the machine.

Hope this helps.
