I have a QBOS mp4 player, I have the driver and have installed that to my laptop, I have downloaded music from itunes and stored in my music, also copied some from cd's, all are in mp4 format, but when I try to copy to my player it is not working, the music file just states empty
As I'm new to this I have no idea what is wrong, the instruction manual is rubbish, so at present can't use it. I checked out help in windows media player but it said i had to sync the device, but this option is not coming up
Please help, I go away in two weeks and really wanted music for the trip

the solution is simple for this problem.... in itune the sync botton is at the lower left, on windows media player is by 'rip' and 'burn' hope this helps. also make windows media player look after the folders with your music under file>add folder
