There is a problem with the Bk Toner supply.... check the End Seal was removed on the Cart, if not that, then call a Tech.
put the an old, used bk toner cartridge back in and restarted the printer. Once all the codes cleared, removed the old bk toner and put back the original bk toner u had removed.
that should fix
