Question about Canon SmartBase MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I WAS PRINTING A PHOTO AND 1/2 THREW IT THE PRINTING STOPPED
THE ERORR READS PUT IN CARTRIDE
I REPLACE THE IN JETS AND IT STILL SAY PUT IN CARTRIDGE
DO I NEED A NEW PRINTER HEAD.. AND WHERE CAN I GET ON
I GOT ONE AT OFFICE DEPOT A WHILE BACK BUT THEY DONT CARRY THEM ANYMORE.... BUT THEN AGAIN NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE
PROBLEM....... PLEASE HELP..... THANKS
The Print Head in your printer is physically damaged and so even though it is present and installed it will not be detected by the Printer, you need to purchase and install a new print head for your printer and this will solve yore problem definitely, you can get this print head from any Authorized Canon Care Centers, if you do not get it there you can revert me back.
