You posed under Aube T-1032 7-day programmable.

Aube makes a list of timers and each timer has different instructions.
For your convenience, I posted the Aube timers and manuals :
http://waterheatertimer.org/Aube-timers.html

I answer questions for free.
I am more than happy to write out the long list of instructions from the manual.
But the instructions apply only to the T1032.
They don't apply to the T-1034, T-1035, T-1052, T-1054, T-1070, T-1073.
If you would like me to write out instructions for one of the other timers, add a comment and tell me which timer.

T-1032 Manual
Set current time on T-1032:
Press and hold reset button
Display should be visible
Press Hour button to set current hour with AM or PM
Press MIN button to set current minutes
Press DAY button until current day shows (for example TU for Tuesday)
Close cover and press cover to confirm times

Programming overview:
Make a chart of your programs before starting to avoid conflicts in programming.
You can set 7 different programs
Program1 program2 program3 through program7
Each program has ON and OFF
First you set program1 ON with times and days of operation
And then you set program1 OFF with times and days of operation

Programming:
a) program1 ON
Press PGM button until the display appears as below:
Hi i lost the instructions - geno_3245_46.jpg
P1 ON means you are ready to set program1 ON
Press the Day button to select days of operation for program1 ON
Press Hour to set hour am or pm for program1 ON
Press MIN to set minute for program1 ON

b) program1 OFF
Press PGM button until display shows: P1 OFF
The display will also show the the same Days you selected for program1 ON
Press Hour to set hour am or pm for program1 OFF
Press MIN to set minute for program1 OFF

c) To set program2, press PGM button until P2 ON displays
Repeat steps above to set all 7 programs.

d) To finish programming, close cover and push in cover

e) Select operating Mode.
Press and hold the cover until AUTO displays.

Need instructions on 'programming' my Sharp SPC900 Atomic Clock. It has lost sync with the satellite and didn't automatically catch up with DST.

I don't know about your atomic sync problem. But here is how you can set the time zone:

Push the Time button once. This will change the Month/Day window to Alarm 1. Push the up button until the desired time zone is reached. Push the Time button twice more to return back to Month/Day display.

Sony radio/cd/clock under the cabinet. Lost

On the right side there is a push button switch labeled "Clock". It is springloaded so you have to push it in and hold it for a couple of seconds until the unit beeps and the hour position starts to blink. The volumn up and down buttons will control the changing of the numbers up and down and PM/AM. Pushing the clock button again will change the clock to the minutes position and you cann adjust the numbers up or down just like the hours. Push it one more time will lock-in the new time. Your done.

Don't know how to set the clock

For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps:
  1. Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off.
  2. Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears. With some models you will press and hold the FUNCTION or AUDIO button instead of the SOURCE button.
  3. Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust.
  4. Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment.
  5. Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.

Need operating instruction

I dont know where to find an instructions booklet but I can help with setting the time/date:
To set the time and date (you have to do them both together):
  • First press and hold the 'CLOCK' button until it beeps then let go.
  • You will then be required to select the year by scrolling up or down with the 'TIME SET' rocker switch on the right hand side.
  • Once you have the right time, press the 'ENTER' button, to the right of the rocker switch once.
  • You will then be required to select the the month. Do this by once again using the 'TIME SET' rocker switch and then pressing 'ENTER'.
  • You will need to repeat this to select the date (day).
  • You then use this same process to select the time, starting with the hour and then the minute.
  • After you have finnished selecting the minute, press the 'ENTER' button once and then the set time, with the day in the top left corner will be shown. You do not need to press anything else. Your clock is now set.
REMEMBER to press the 'ENTER' button after selecting each thing to move you on to the next thing to set.

TIP; Beside the 'CLOCK' button there is a button which says 'D.S.T SUMMER T'. This is the button which automatically switches your clock from british summer time to winter time and back again. It means that you do not need to reset your clock every time. Make sure that it is in the right setting when you set the clock otherwise it could get confusing. You will know if it is on british summer time because a small sun with a clock face appears in the top right corner of the screen.

Good Luck x
