Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need the pass code ,I lost my info and I trying to put it on my new phone thanks.

Universally the default pairing code for headsets is 4 zeros(0000). It is this way because you usually need physical access to the headset in order to pair it with a phone(holding down the button or buttons to make it pair), and once someone else has your headset all bets are off anyway.
Try 0000.
I have also read that some plantonics setups do not always require a pin code.
Good Luck!

Need to know how to pair lost pairing info

first you have to turn the power to blue tooth on ,then you will have to put ur speaker into discovery mode, most blue tooth manufactures use the power button for this feature by holding it down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning on the device it will put it into discovery mode, your phone or computer or game system should be able to recognize the blue tooth device then.It will ask you for a pin pairing code, now most manufactures use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999 hope this helps
