My hp digital scaner 9250c says email gateway is not responding contact administrator

Can I set my HP Digital Sender 9250C scanner to scan to my C drive via USB?

Depending on what operating system your running. You need to make sure your product is plugged in through a usb connection. Now if your computer doesn't find the product that's ok you just need it to be plugged in. then you need to download the proper drivers for it. For instance if your running windows 7 64 bit, you need to download the drivers making sure you have 7 64bit drivers. the scan borad on is back change it

Make sure you have a network connection and can ping the unit. Had one today that only shown Check Supplies and Administration. Found loose patch cable and then Email option appeared.

We purchased 2 HP scanners 9250C and have the same issue. Send it back to HP, they make some correction for firmware, after 1 day, everything is ok.
