Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Most likely the mp4 player came with its own conversion software, the movies most likely have to be converted to the right format and then the picture size or video size has to be changed for the mp4 players specifications (check the user manual on what size the player supports or post me the brand and model and I'll check)
If you have just converted the files to mp4 the size of the video (resolution) might be too high for the mp4 device to play back properly.
