Question about Olympus Cameras
Probably the first thing to try is formatting the card. There is a function in the camera menus to do this. If it won't format or gives an error when you try, then there may be an issue with the connectors in the card slot.
It is possible that the PC writing to the card (even to delete a pic) might write to the directory in a way the camera doesn't understand.
