i cannot run d2d recovery from aspire 5610 4648. I have tried to press alt+F10 during boot up screen, but it doesn't work. Also i couldn't find acer erecovery management in acer empowering management. Any idea how to run d2d recovery, or how to copy from its hidden partition?
i had my hard disk replaced. i tried installing e-recovery but the error message says this is not a d2d. how do i fix this problem.
after i bought my labtop i have formatted and partitioned the harddisk to suit my need ,before that i had a factory default image backup from acer erecovery console.after restoring from the dvd in acer empowering technology bar i can't see erecovery icon.i have downloaded erecovery application software from acer website but still it is not working saying that"not a d2d system erecovery management cannot be installed".i need to take my other backups such as drivers and all.please help me out.i want my to roll back to the same state as it is supplied.my email id is
