Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
In most all phones there is a code in which buttons are pressed for a master reset. just take it to your nearest wireless carrier and they should do it for you quick.
Go to setup and then Master Reset.
I have never reset mine till date and this is the only reset option in the phone so thought to share. Hope it works.
