Call sawgrass tech support for the reset.... it is straight forward and easy to follow. As per customer support, you will need better than 20% full cartridges, they recommend new ones, which they will provide overnight free if still warranted.(ERR28212) As discussed, here are the reset instructions.
1. Turn the printer
off.
2. Open the cartridge door
and leave it open until step 15.
3. Turn the printer back
on.

the LCD Press #Enter. 13.Then Running
will flash on the LCD panel before going back toCARRIAGE CHANGE EXEC.
Continue to
next step.
14.Exit the SP mode by
pressing the Escape button
repeatedly until you are back at the Engine Maint.

Hello! This code is related to a Fusing temperature error. You probably need to change Hot roller (or fusing roller), Pressure Roller and both thermistors. You can reset this code but it will pop-up again sooner or later. The best advise i can give you is to call a technician (if you do not have technical knowledge) If you still want to reset the code try this: Press yellow key Press in the key pad 107 Press red key at least 5 sec. Press "copy SP" On the key pas press 5810 and #. On the touch panel press "execute" Exit all the way out. Turn the machine off and on.
you will see a button with [/123] in the upper part of the control panel, press the button and on the lCD screen will appear (counter) press the left arrow next to the LCD screen until on the LCD screen appear [sprache] or [language] оr [langue] this depend on which language is current when this will appear press the OK button and select the lenguage which you want to use by pressing the OK button. To exit this mode press the [/123] button.

Press the User tools/counter button;
Touch the Facsimile features icon on the touch panel;
select Gen. settings/Adjust tab;
touch Program fax information;
touch Own fax number;
touch For G3-1, then enter your fax number from the blue numeric
keypad then touch OK.
Touch Exit, then press User tools/counter button to go to Standby mode.
