Question about HP LaserJet 2820 Printer
There are to possible things that my cause this problem. The first is dirty laser scanner unit(LSU) wich is located under the top cover door.It looks like a little craveis. To clean the LSU you need to remove all covers(to remove them you are going to need a little expirience with those kind of things or you may dmage the printer)and you will see a little black box on top of the printer.Thats the LSU.Open the unit and clean the glasses inside. The second thing that may cause the problems is worn out gear of the main toner cartridge carrier(It the big will that holds the toner cartridges). If the gear has worn out the right side of of the toner cartridges aren`t making good contact with the drum unit and they can`t put oner on it.If the first part doesn`t help to solve your problem you need to buy a new part! Please replay if you need any futher help.
