Question about Vizio VW26L 26 in. LCD TV
This is due to a fault in the power supply,It involves some capacitors on the power supply that are leaky. if you take the back off and examine the power supplys capacitors, the bad ones are buldging at their tops. NOTE: Most caps are flat on their tops. The ones that usually go bad are the values 2200uf rated at 35v, and 680uf rated at 10Volts there may be at least 4 that needs replacing and they are all round each other usually near the connector that connects the PS to the Main board.
