Treadmill is stuck in incline postion and can not put down. screen says error

Unplug the treadmill. Remove motor cover . Look for the incline motor, follow the wires coming from the incline motor to the controll board. Starting from the top you will see a red,white and black wire. Under those wires you will see a white and black ( do not remove the lower white and black). Remove the red wire and the black wire . Swap the positions. Plug the treadmill back in and turn with the safty key in place.. The treadmill should go back down. Once it's down . Remove all 3 incline motor wires from the controller. This will get it back down so you can use it. It will still give you the incline err , just press stop to bypass it. As for what is causing the problem , a number of thing can cause this problem. I would call sole and ask for a tech in your area unless you're in NC you could call us. Good luck

Camaro Resistor keys, Starting problems.

I fixed my 99 Z28 myself with a 20 cent resistor. Dont let GM fool you into buying a new ignition cylinder or even a new key. If your camaro has a Resistor key at one point most likely before 100,000 miles your gonna turn your key and your security light on your dash is going to flash2_bing.gif constantly and your car wont start. If you want a quick fix without all the hassle of changing the ignition cylinder and buying a new key that cost over 100 dollars parts only, labor to install much more, just take a ohm meter measure the ohms on your key. The little black chip at back of key has a metal piece on each side place meter probs on each side, look at ohms. Now go out to radio shack or an electronic wholesale place and buy that ohm resistor you may have to combine some to make the ohms it doesnt have to be exact within 15 ohms is fine. Now remove 4 screws holding bottom plastic cover under dash just below steering column, carefull of trunk release connector. Find a small 2 wire with black connector and a orange sleeve coming from steering column that covers wires almost down to connector, both wires are mostly white and very small, solder the resister across these 2 wires, heat shrink resistor or electrical tape. Bingo your car starts! And you never have to worry about this defect in the ignition cylinder again. If you still want the security feature just put a push button on the resistor across the wires and hide button under the dash. Trust me the new ignition cylinder will do the same thing again in the future, was a bad design on GM on this cylinder, wires move with ignition cylinder and eventually break. Hope this helps and saves money for you Camaro Fans!

I have a used ceiling fan that I want to install. I see only three wires coming out of the top; a black, a white, and a blue. The fixture has the fan and 4 lights attached. Can you tell me how to...

Black is the hot wire, white is the neutral, and blue is the hot wire for the lights. If you only have a black, white and green(ground) coming from the electric box in the ceiling, you will have to wire the blue and black together coming from the fan and connect them both to the black coming from the box. The white will connect to the white coming from the box in the ceiling. You should have a ground wire off of the fan. If not look for a ground screw on the fan down rod. The ground is for safety.

Foodsaver pro locked up. 3 green lites blink off and on. is the problem fixable?

The reset button is the small black rubber covered hole on the left side of the vacuum channel. If you press down on that with something like a knitting needle with the unit on, it should reset

Electrical hookup

Tie all the black wires together and connect to the black power wire coming from the switch. Tie all the white wires together and connect to the white wire coming from the switch. If this does not work then what you have is a switch leg going to the light. This will be just a white and black wire coming from the switch with another power wire going in. Look at the switch and see if you have a white and black wire connected to the 2 screws. if so this is a switch leg. You will have to disconnect all the black wires in the light mount and find which one is carrying power in. Let me know what you find and we will proceed.

Fitted new mainoven thermostat to Stoves Newhome built-in oven & grill Model No. 444445062 Serial No.41209452 other data on plate EFa900h need a wiring diagram,couple wires can adrift. Every thing...

I can only speak for the 720. If you want a circuit/wiring diagram for this one, then I need an email address. I will then register this on my BT Digital Vault and you can the download the whole manual.
Looking at the diagrams, the neon for the main oven has white and black wires.
The white wire from the main oven neon goes onto the same connector on the thermostat block as the white wire to the oven element. The black wire from the neon goes to a common terminal on the top oven neon, which then goes onto P6 of the top oven switch (still black wire).
If you need any more info, then let me know.

Need coil wiring diagram

Contact points cover open.

Left side points are for cylinders 1 and 4.
Right side points are for cylinders 2 and 3

Left side points have a White wire coming from it.
Right side points have a Black wire coming from it.

One coil runs two cylinders.

One coil runs cylinders 1 and 4.
One coil runs cylinders 2 and 3.

No matter what style of ignition coil you use, the Black wire will connect to the Points. Whatever other color of wire they use, connects to the ignition switch.

BUT, check the specifications for the coils you're going to install. Connect the Negative side to the points. The Positive side to the ignition switch.

The Orange wire with a White stripe, coming out of the harness of the Suzuki Gs550 is from the ignition switch. It goes to a splice connector, and from there goes to two wires. The wires split off into one wire for each coil.

There is a White wire on the coil, that is used for Cylinders 1 and 4.
There is a Black wire on the coil, that is used for Cylinders 2 and 3.

I need to know witch plug wire goes where and the color of wire goes on top and bottom of the coils

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

To my understanding, for an 89-92 US/UK GSX750F:
  • left ignition coil supplies cylinders 1 & 4;
  • top terminal is white;
  • bottom is red/white;
  • right ignition coil supplies cylinders 2 & 3;
  • top terminal is black/yellow;
  • bottom is red/white.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

Trying to pull out the board that mounts the STK392-110 convergence parts and resistors but having problems disconnecting the 4 white connection that bridge the two boards together. Also problems with...

I suffered the same challenges. The bridge clips simply snap into place on the board with the convergence parts . To separate the bridge, I simply put a small screwdriver under the clip and gently pryed up close to the base. The spark plug type wire can be removed by wrapping the wire with electrical tape (with the boot moved back ) grasping the wire with needlenose pliers and striking it quickly. They are pretty stubborn,but this worked for me. Hope this helps
