Question about Jabra BT2050 Bluetooth Headset

1 Answer

I purchased the Jabra BT2035 Bluetooth Headset from a long time.... The first time I tried to connect, it connected easily with the passkey or passcode - 0000. One time, I accidentally deleted the bluetooth headset from the device list and now when I try to connect, it asks for a passkey or passcode and 0000 does not works. Please help me! It was clearly working before! PLEASE I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!

You need to intorduce again the jabra blutooth to your device. deleting jabra from the list make it forget the connection.

set your jabra to find mode by pressing the poer button for more than 5 seconds wait to blink, and find it using your device. it will again ask for a passcode and it will connect afterward.

Did you already have the answer, because i had the same problem. And what elababes said was true. When you turn it on, hold the button for like 8 second, til it turns blue, and stay's blue. Only than you make the jabra visible for other Bluetooth devices. And than the pass code is correct.

Connect to iPhone 4

Hold the "Answer/End" button on your Jabra Bluetooth headset down until the LED light on the headset turns solid blue. The location of the button may vary based on which headset you have, but its appearance will be the same; it is the button that has an image of a telephone on it.

Click on the "Settings" icon from the main screen of your iPhone 4 .

Click on "General" in your iPhone's "Settings" menu.

Click on "Bluetooth" to access your iPhone's Bluetooth menu and then click the option to turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth connection. Once your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned on, it will search for available Bluetooth devices.

Select your Jabra headset by clicking on the icon that appears on your iPhone's screen.

Enter the passkey for your Jabra Bluetooth headset. The default passkey on Jabra headsets is "0000."

Click on "OK" on your iPhone 4 to complete the connection to your Jabra headset.

Tips & Warnings

The LED light on your headset must be solid blue to pair to your iPhone. A flashing light indicates your headset is not yet in pairing mode and your iPhone will not be able to connect to the headset.

Having your iPhone 4 Bluetooth turned on will drain your phone battery faster than normal.

Go to this site, and it will walk you through each step to connect your particular Jabra headset with your cellphone. Choose the headset, and then at the next page, choose your phone. Moving your mouse over each step will change the picture to what you should be seeing on your phone at each step.
