Question about Sony Vaio S150P (VGNS150P) PC Notebook
Hi there. I have a question. I own a Sony Vaio VGNS150 notebook. Here is the problem:
The laptop seems to start ok, but there is absolutely no display on the lcd screen at all from the time the laptop starts. Any suggestions?
I had the same problem and it turned out too be the special ram was no good. I replace the ram (memory) and it's working fine now.

It's possible you have a problem with either the LCD or with your system board or CPU. Plug an external monitor into your laptop and then boot it up. If you get a picture on the external monitor, the problem is your LCD. If you still get no picture, you likely have a bad system board or processor.
