Question about Delta Home
The adjuster ring under the handle need to be loosened and moved to a new position. This allows you to set it to a "maximum" hot water setting, but if it's too far the other way it can prevent you from turning it all the way off.
The view of the valve at the link below shows the markings on the side of the valve insert. Placing the adjuster ring at these different marks allows you some control of where your "hot" setting is and are a good visual guide when making these adjustments.
