SOURCE: no sound...

Considering the VRCD400-SDU only puts out a typical 16w per chan and can only read memory cards/thumb drives up to 2gigs and seems either not work right outta the box or breaks shortly after installation.. save your money, buy a GOOD, name brand head unit(e.g. Sony, Pioneer, etc) that.. oooh I dunno.. WORKS? =) Solved my problem with said stereo =D Seriously though.. good luck in your efforts, doesn't seem that anyone on any thread has been able to solve the no sound problem which appears throughout the RoadMaster VR3 stereo line...

SOURCE: 220 watt car amp -- 8 or 10 gauge amp kit?

when in doubt go bigger, you might want to get a bigger amp down the road, so its better to not have to buy another wiring kit later.
and the bigger the wire the less line loss you will have so your amp will sound and perform better.

All amps aren't created equal. More exspense amps put out "cleaner" power. You need to know what the RMS power rating is for the amp at 8 ohms and 4 ohms. Also, is the speaker an 8 or 4 ohm speaker? How you wire a speaker or speakers (series or paralell) can change the ohms (resistence) which will change the power put out of the amp. Also, I'm assuming you are setting it up in mono?

I dont know the modle number of my schlage dead bolt lock and dont know how to program it?

Start on this web page:
and look under the "Products" link to help identify your lock. Once identified, go to the Service & Support" link , then choose "Instructions & Manuals" under that Support link. On that page you will find instruction videos and downloadable instruction manuals, as .pdf files.

A note about PDF files: If you cannot view a given file, you need to first install Adobe Reader. You can get the free download here:
If all else fails, you can "Contact US", also under the Service & Support link for further assistance. Good luck!

What is the standard plug for stoves newhome el916. Is it the general 13A plug

I can't find an online manual for the model of the appliance you are talking about, so I'm unable to figure out the wattage it draws. Nor do I know where you are in the world and the voltage you are running at, so I can't tell you straight off. But I can tell you how to figure it out very easily:

I imagine that know what your main power supply voltage is (either 240 volt or 110 volt).
You can look at the appliance and there will be a data sticker with the wattage rating on it somewhere (or it will be in the install/Owner manual).

Now you have these 2 bits of information we can do a simple sum:

Watts divided by Volts = Amps

Therefore example calculations look like this:

If you have a 500 watt appliance on a 240 volt system 500/240 = 2.083 so use a 3 amp fuse
An appliance with a 750 watt motor on 240 volts: 750/240 = 3.12 so use a 5 amp fuse

A 2KW (2000 watt) appliance like a hot air blower on a 240 volt system: 2000/240 = 8.33 amps so use a 10 amp (or more commonly 13 amp) fuse
A 500 watt motor on a 110 volt supply 500/110 = 4.5 so use a 5 amp fuse

A 1KW (1000 Watt) appliance at 110 volts: 1000/110 = 9.09 amps so use a 10 amp (or more commonly 13 amp) fuse

etc etc etc.....

If the sum comes out below 13 amps, you can use a 13 amp plug. If it doesn't you need to hardwire it into a proper cooker supply.

Looking for instalation manual for a quantum audio qca4300 amp

Gotta ask, you tried the net? look up manufacturer and model and you can find instruction manuals for most anything. You might have to pay, but your amp is no good if it's not hooked up, right?

800 watt power accoustik amp red protect light keeps coming on

Check your wiring make sure you're running it at the right impedance. Make sure there's no shorts in your power and remote wire. Check the fuses in your amp. If a fuse is blown you likely have a short somewhere. If you can't find anything go to best buy and have there install guys look at it... hope this helps

Looking for Owners Manual or Photo with Labeling.

I followed the recommendation that 'kirtec' left me;

Take the bottom cover off. look where the connectors go. The ones that go to the input selector switch are inputs.
The pairs by themselves will be outputs.

I was concerned about doing this as this is my 1st preamp w/ Tubes and I didn't get any spares. I'm really looking looking for an owners manual so I can find out how it's supposed to be labeled on the back + how it rated + what tubes it uses so I can get some spares.
Please don't get me wrong, I really appreciate his help - I was hoping there might be someone that's better at surfing the Web than I am who might be able to find one; I believe the vintage in 1982-1989.

I looked at the sites that advertise on here for owners/instruction manuals & couldn't find one ~ I'm not looking for something for nothing but I'm lost when it comes to finding one right now.

Appreciate everyone's time & energy who helped - Thanks!
