What have you tried so far? An engine needs fuel, air and spark to work properly.
Fuel - Has the generator been sitting for more than a couple of months? There could be bad gas in it, and/or varnish built up inside somewhere in the fuel tank/lines. The carburetor could be plugged somewhere blocking proper fuel delivery.
Air - The choke may not be working/applied properly, or the air filter clogged.
Spark - The spark plug could be fouled, have you tried seeing if there is spark or not? Is the spark plug wire on tight, is it the correct one, is it clean and gapped properly, etc?

What is the correct fridge temperature this fridge should be on?

If your refrigerator has 2 controls, the start setting is usually at mid point on both dials. That should give you a freezer temp close to 0 and a fresh food temp of 38 to 42 degrees. If only one control---same middle setting should produce about the same inside temps. Fresh food temp is best measures if you can put thermometer in a glass of water to stabilize the temp.

Need operator manual

From what I understand, the AVR-5600 owner's manual was never released in a PDF format since it was a 1998 model. However, the AVR 5700 manual is apparently a close match to the receiver. You can download the AVR 5700 manual here: Home Stereo System and Headphone Spec Sheet Downloads Denon

98 BUICK REGAL GS AC compressor will not come on. It has the climate control unit. All the lights and fans work and there is enought freon. The display reads -38 degrees for the outside temp. Would this...

If the outside temp.sensor is reading -38 degrees then this is what is causing the compressor not to come on.You need to check the wiring to the outside temp.sensor and the sensor.Make sure it is connected. It is located on the front grill area.Between the grill and the bumper cover.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Temperature control sensor?

Sounds like a loose connection -38 is probably the open circuit position. Not sure where the sensor would be though.
