This should be pretty easy to resolve. Make sure that your cables going from the receivrer to the tv are tight, and the cables on the back of the receiver are in the location with the green 1 on it. Then follow these steps to get that picture on:

If you are at TV1, where the receiver box is located, the tv needs to be on channel 3 or 4. Depending on the cable that is running between the receiver and the tv, the tv may need to be on an input, such as video 1 or 2. If you are at the TV2 location, where there is no receiver, then the tv needs to be on channel 60 or 73.

Sanyo TV Code for Dish remote 21.0 IR/UHF PRO only operates TV Power and Volume Functions.

Hello Witt Thomas,

I can understand the concern and wanting the remote to work the TV Menus. It is possible with our remotes, however it depends on the TV itself. I've seen instances where there are 2 TV's in one house, and 1 will do it, while the other won't.

If you have tried all of the remote codes, and none work, the only other options we have available are to try a powr scan, or teach the remote. This link http://www.mydish.com/support/teach-learning-remote-20-21 can provide the steps on how to teach that model of remote control!

Let me know if you have any other questions.

My Sanyo DVW-6100 does not work afterchanging to Dish Network

Sounds to me very much like the installer messed up. I would begin by confirming that there are absolutely no cables to the Sanyo, which if you checked the back is unlikely. I have never seen connections anywhere but teh front and back of anything other that a TV or game system. Once you are confident that the system is not connected, contact his company and inform them that he failed to hook that piece of equipment back up. It is their responsibility to make sure that it gets done.

Sound but No Picture

Connect your outdoor antenna directly to your antenna in, in your TV see if it works and do the same with your cable input if it works then the A/B box is at fault.
