Water in refridgerator

Have a look inside fridge compartment (especially the "roof", if it's a top-mount freezer) & see if you can see any ice build-up (look inside vents that allow cold air into fridge from freezer section. Also, if top-mount freezer, look inside the freezer compartment for ice build-up on "floor", inside vents, or on back wall. These symptoms, combined with water dripping from lots of the "roof" of fridge section (in a top-mount freezer model), can mean several different problems, so best to re-post with more info/symptoms included.
If there's no ice build-up (& the dividing area between fridge & freezer sections isn't particularly cold, which otherwise might indicate hidden ice build-up), it can be as simple as a plugged or obstructed drain tube, which is VERY COMMON. Easiest solution for this latter problem is to use a flexible plastic tube (think similar type as attached to aquarium air pumps), stuff it into drain hole, and blow on the other end. Sometimes you have to blow quite hard to clear an obstruction or complete blockage. If you can't clear the drain tube, it's likely a different problem. Again, a re-post with more info/symptoms will help narrow it down.

Model # MFF2557HES Top refrigator section stoped cooling freezer is working

You may have Ice buildup in the freezer. You freezer has a fan in the bak that sends the cool air to the fridge. Your fridge dial determines how muh cold air comes from the freezer. Try defrosting the freezer. You may have to pull the back panel off of the inside of the freezer to get the ice thawed. The ice build up is likely causing the air to not get to the fridge. Hope it works.

Fridge is not cold but the freezer does not have problem

Do you have snowy frosty ice build up on back wall? Is it side by side or top and bottom? Can you hear a fan running in the freezer?
If there is ice build up on back wall in freezer then you have a defrost problem - this can be caused by several different things and is best if you have a service technician service and repair your refrigerator.
If the fan isn't running then this can be something that you could repair and replace yourself...

I got LG fridge freezer my freezer has ice building and the temp is warm WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. kclakhani@hotmail.co.uk

your defrost system isnt working and you cant blow cold air thru a solid block of ice, remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check the evaporator coil for this type of ice buildup, they should only have a light frosty coating on them when the units cooling and not defrosting, then either the heating element below the coil is bad,the defrost thermostat on top of the coil is bad or the defrost system isn't getting power to operate

Freezer works no refrigrator

most common fault to cause this problem is cooling element in freezer section iced up. could also be faulty fridge stat not letting cold air through.first pull drawers out of freezer section, if back cover inside feels frosty or snowy, then likely evap (cooling element) is iced up.if so empty cab, switch off for 24 hours with both doors open, and restart. ice ups can be the result of the freezer door being left ajar, but can also be a problem with auto defrost as well as problem in refrigeration circuit. if problem comes back call a service engineer.

Freezer cold but not fridge

too much ice bulid up will stop enough cold air being blown into the fridge.Try turning it off letting all ice melt then turn it back on again and set thermostat at a lower temp. There may be ice you can't see.

Fridge wont stay cold in the bottom.

Your frost free is not defrosting properly. There should be no ice buildup in the freezer section. Frost in the freezer section stops air circulation to the refrigerator section.

Fridge on top of freezer is not chilling

if you have a french door (also known as bottom mount, freezer on bottom) and your fridge sections(cold air blows from freezer to refrig) is not cooling try this

1. ensure you hear the fan running, its it not, thats it(most likely fan motor
IF fan is running check these things
1. ensure refrig section light shuts off by holding down the switch
2. ensure door shuts
3. clean conderser coils (usually accessed from front through base grille)
4. check for icing in vents, freezer section contain them at top or back, and for a bottom mount the refrig sections vents are under your BIG drawer. if iced try a hair dryer from distance. or empty food into another fridge unplug open doors, and plug back in two days later this should defrost all ice build up

Freezer fan

actually, freezer fan has to come on otherwise how is the fridge supposed to cool.(fridge draws off from the freezer compartment). check if there is power to the fan. if freezer is nice and cold and fan does not run(assuming there is no power to the fan at that time, then you would need to check your freezer thermistors after that, your board. all this is assuming you dont have a blockage or shortage of gas in the sustem.
