I just replace the thermostat, and water pump flush the system in my 1994 ford ranger and i have no heat when idling after a hour but when im driving the heat blows out like crazy

Sounds like you have a build up in the heater line,or heater core, it happens some times if you put stop leak in as a quick fix. You need to buy a good radiator flush and follow the instructions with your heater left on. You might have to do it more than once. Another problem occurs when you mix the green and pink antifreeze. that will turn to jel and clog everything.

No heat in car

During accelerations the engine needs all the vacuum that it can develop. If you have a vacuum powered heater/ Ac unit you also have a vacuum reservoir that maintains vacuum to your heater unit during accelerations. This bottle has a leak. This should cause your unit to go to defrost though.

Temp guage Rises/almost oveheats when Heater is on. Temp Rises to almost H then drops fast to just above C and repeats but only while heater is on

The cooling system has an air pocket in it. The best solution is to have someone with a vacuum coolant system, and drain and replace the coolant. The only other way,is to jack up the front of the vehicle, and take off the radiator cap,and run it with the heater on full blast. Wait till the thermostat opens,(when coolant level drops)...then top it off while its still running. If you buy ,or have a friend who has a tool called an "Air Lift",..it will make this MUCH easier, and cleaner to fix.

The windows get frosty while I'm driving and the heater is on

First off make sure your radiator is full and check the overflow level. Low coolant level will cause the van not to blow out much heat. Check your vent operation, sometimes the doors stick that directs the air flow, your fan can be blowing like crazy but very little coming out of the selected position. On some of these Montanas there is a pump in the heater hose that circulates the antifreeze, if that pump goes bad or the relay you may not be getting enough heat to your heater core to do you any good. Check these things out and I think you'll find your problem.

My dishwasher seems to be locked up and needs to be reset. the clean led is constantly flashing. i had this trouble in the past, and the serviceman reset the dishwasher by using the touchpad on the front...

Control is programmed to
stop the current cycle and
not allow any further
cycles if it suspects a
faulty heater (no
temperature increase
detected in heated
intervals). Control blinks
the Clean LED 7 times in
repetitive fashion and
disables the Start/Resume
key until cleared.
Heater circuit problem:
■ Open in heater.
■ Open connection or
component in heater
circuit.
■ Faulty heater drive
circuit on control.
Running Diagnostics clears the control and
allows it to operate again. If heating problem
is not corrected though, the control will stop
running again on next cycle. See below.
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Check all components and connections in
the water heating circuit or heat dry circuit.
■ Check resistance of heater.
■ Check resistances of all connections and
components between the control and
heater.
■ Check operation of heater and temperature
sensor in Diagnostics cycle.

Heater fell over while transporting in car,now it will not heat up even though the on lights come on to set power..

with heater unplugged, check all connections with an ohm meter, sounds like something got jarred loose. also check heating elements for resistance. if no ressistance, probably a broken heating element.

Heater only works when driving at a certain rate of speed

As crazy as this may sound, your water pump could be going bad. At higher RPM's the pump spins faster, keeping pressure on the system. Does the engine temperature gauge show that your car overheats while idling? The water pump may not have the power to push coolant or heat through your car's system until you're driving at higher speeds. The blades in the water pump could be broken.

Code 11 01 - Hot Water Heater Kicks Off

if you have build up in the heat exchanger it will cause the unit to use more gas to heat your water, if the gas line isn't sized properly then your going to kick the error codes off. it sounds like you have two problems, first you have build up in your heat exchanger and it needs to be flushed and second you need to get a bigger gas line to it
