The headlight on my bashan milano 150 quit working, the high and low beam quit at the same time, the battery is new ,and the bulb is good? i just picked something in make and model,it is a bashan scooter

Check connector may be bent.

check low beam fuse when switched on if it has voltage registering across the fuse ,if there is voltage across the low beam RHS fuse then it is possibly a pinched wire from the headlight running back towards inside of the car

Sounds like it's in the actuator itself - the part that you move on the steering wheel or dash to put the high beams on or the headlight switch itself.. Find the ground wire on the headlights and run a new wire from that directly to the body somewhere so it gets a good ground, or directly to the neg side of the battery.

The first thing is to make sure the bulbs are good, if the low beam bulbs are bad the high beams will still work, the first thing is to try new bulbs.Replace the bulbs and then let me know the results.Good day.

Remove the retaining ring from the base of the bulb, then...




...turn the bulb and remove it from the headlight assembly.

Step 4 Turn on the headlights and check high and low beams to verify repairs.

If your getting power at the headlight wire harness, then it's going to be the bulb it self, but make sure your checking the right 12 volt terminal at the plug. There should be three terminals there, there is a ground, 12 volt low beam, and a 12 volt high beam. If both the low and high 12 volts are getting power, then it's going to be the head light bulb it self that has reached the end of it's life time since the day time running lights are always on which is the high beams. Good luck and check the fuse box under the hood by the battery.
