If I were you, I would take the tower outside and clean all the dust out with TWO cans of compressed air at the same time.
Then I would RE-SEAT (carefully pop them out, and then pop them back in) the memory modules, then power it back on. If the beeping goes away, then I'd say it's time to throw that case back on ;)
Give that a shot first and let me know if it resolves your issue or not.
