I just installed an intertherm MB/MM 90,000 btu forced air furnace with an a/c package. I am having trouble with the low voltage wiring. Specifically, where do I put the yellow wire fromn the t-stat and where do I put the two wires from the a/c condensor. The fau has 4 wires; red, black green and gray

Well if you only have 2 wires, this could be a problem, you need 4 wire, red white, green and yellow, if you don't have these than we have to run a wire

OK. Let me answer you, even if honestly I don't have any idea about an INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE. To get any answer, to a problem, you should describe your problem. Just telling that you don't know what's wrong with it is simply no enough information, even for a star expert in your INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE.

Intertherm furnace M1BG wont fire

Make sure the gas valve is turned to the ON position after you had it in PILOT position. Also check the thermostat low voltage wiring @ furnace...jumper the Red & White wires to bypass the thermostat temporarily. Make sure there is 24 volts on you low voltage circuit.

Where is the fuse on intertherm furnace

Not all intertherm furnace system have a fuse. If there is a fuse (low voltage) it is located on the control board under the metal cover where all the wiring goes, it will be an automotive style bladed fuse. On some older units it may be inline fused with the control wiring. High voltage power is generally breaker protected at the main panel. If as in some installations, there may have been a disconnect box [(fuses behind cover or in fuse disconnect handle) or plug outlet with fuse(spin in type) under flip open small metal cover,] installed by the original installer.

My nordyne e2eb elec furnace keeps blowing the #3 atc fuse

Hi, if it keeps blowing this control fuse, you have a dead short on your secondary side, low voltage, 24 volt side of this unit.Look at the thermostat wire at the unit where you are to see if any thing is scored and touching metal. Every part that operates on 24 volts such as a pressure switch, thermostat, flame roll out switch, and even the coil on the contactor that starts the compressor could be shorted. This is a package unit, 3 and a 1/2 tons.Take the low voltage wires loose from the unit and see if the fuse holds. If it does, you have a short in the stat wire any where from there to the stat. If not, most likely the control board is bad. Take out the screws after killing power and work the board out slowly to see the back of it. If its shorted you will see hot or burned spots on it. Its a process of elimination on the low voltage componants. Please let me know how its going, I will be here to help.

My Coleman propane furnace kicks out once and a wile and flashes a 10 flash code (gas flow with no call for heat) what need to be fixed the furnace is only 1 year old.

This sounds like you have an intermittent main board problem. It may be turning on you furnace when the thermostat is not calling for heat. It also could be a short in your low voltage(thermostat wire) going to your furnace. Either way you need to have it checked. It's under a year it should still be under warranty.

Intertherm furnace pilot won't light

if there are two wires to gas valve check voltage between these two wires while the furnace is going through a start up if you never get a call or voltage to valve your control board is bad, if you are getting voltage ,your valve is bad

Furnace dont respond to t-stat's command.

Maybe you don't have power going to the unit for the thermostat work. Most thermostat work off low voltages like 24 volts. May the transformer is bad.
