Problem for MP3 and Digital Media Players

My YP-Z5F was working fine
My YP-Z5F was working fine until last week, only the On-Off button is working to control On and Off but other buttons won't respond. Even when I switch to hold mode, it doesn't show a lock icon on the screen. Besides, I also tried to connect it to my computer to see if it will work after it, the screen only show the battery chargin icon but not response on the screen indicating a USB connection, as well as my computer does not recognize any MP3 device......
Can anyone please help.... Thanks!!
When connected to computer shows fully charged though this is not so when disconnected. The media centre does not recognise the player any longer so cannot transfer files ets. Still within guarantee. Have updated through windows and got the new EmoDio but neither has been any help.

- I have the same problem with connecting through the USB. The battery shows on the screen, but it's not connected to my computer.. i mailed the samsung support service or whatever they're called.. and they didn'g give me the answer i was looking for so i mailed again, explaining the problem even more.. and they havn't responded, so.. I don't know what to do, this sucks =/ can anybody help me or tell me how i fix this.. i would appriciate it! criistaal_@hotmail.com- cristaal
