Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Microsoft Exchange error message when deleting mail

- Stop the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer service. Run Stop-Service MSExchangeSearch if you are into Shell.
- Browse to where the database files are located on the disk. Along with the database file, you will see a folder with "CatalogData-random string" as its name. Delete this folder, which stores the corrupt index.
- Restart the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer service. Run Start-Service MSExchangeSearch if you are into Shell.
- Give it a minute and a new folder will be created and a new index will be built.
If you are still experiencing the issue after applying this fix you can try Exchange Server Repair Toolbox https://www.repairtoolbox.com/exchangeserverrepair.html

Backup skipped *.edb file Exchange database

You cannot backup open *edb files with a Filesystem backup. Your Exchange policy is taking care of Exchange backups.
In disaster scenario you need to install Exchange, then restore data from Exchange agent backups.

I am not able to install the audio drive for my laptop its showing an error that the media file is not found

Be sure you have the proper drivers from the DELL, there are 2 listed for your model If you are certain your using the correct driver, then perform a search on your PC for the file that is referenced. You can manually enter the path to the file and use the same path for additional files that are not found.
