Hi,I am in Largo,FL.When my phone locked up once,I tried a few basic codes and nothing worked. Then I decided to try the last 4 digits of the phone number assigned to it and that worked.Try that for now and let me know if it works.Greg
To get the security code/restriction code to unlock thecell phone from the current cell phone provider so you can use it with adifferent phone provider, Please click on this link and follow my instructions:- http://www.fixya.com/support/r4049238-unlock_cell_phone If your phone provider does not help you then this WEB siteit provides security codes for a small price. http://www.mobileunlockstore.com/?gclid=CKDb2_y2558CFSlJagodxBkDHw Try this WEB site also - UnlockFree http://www.unlock-free.com If you cannot find your model cell phone on these WEB sites, then the security code/restriction code is not available for your cell phone atthis stage and hopefully will be available in the near future.
I am sorry that you did not find my advice helpful, there is only so much a person can do.
I have found there other sites that may help you. If you have tried these as well then there is nothing else I can suggest, other than to contact AT&T again and get them to fix your cell phone.

Dear Geekman,
All of the information that you provided to me I was able to locate on the internet before I paid the $6.00.
As far as the price that the companies want charge range from $19.95 to $29.95 which is more than a few dollars as you said a couple of times in you solution which was no help.
The company that you work for says that a solution would be sent on how to do the process. That is far from the truth.
I would like a refund of my $6.00 so I can apply it towards the $19.95 fix. I'm a perty upset for being charged for something that was not done.
Thank you,
Gary Fiske
