Your oven element has failed. it can be changed from inside the oven by removeing the back panel and unscrewing the element, take care not to lose the wires when you disconnect them. other wise you have to take the oven out to reconnect the wires

You need to replace the oven element located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.

Aeg d5701-4 bottom oven slow to heat up and does not reach set temperature fan works

It sounds like the oven element is not working.
To check it, remove rear panel in oven compartment, after running it for a few minutes, it should be very hot to the touch, BE CAREFUL, DO NOT BURN YOUR FINGERS.

The bottom oven has stopped heating up. In fan mode and oven mode it does not operate. The grill in the bottom oven still works.

It is probably the oven fan element that has failed.
It is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
I am basing my solution on the basis that the oven is electrically heated, and not by gas.

My AEG Electrolux fan assisted oven does not heat up. The lights and everything works just no heat.

If the fan and light work o/k, then you need to replace the oven element.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.
