Machine does not power up

Hi,

The fuse is located in a little black box underneath the base of the machine, but it is not an easy job to take the box out, disassemble it, replace the fuse, and then reassemble the whole machine. I suggest you take it to a service center.

C44 call for service problems

Hello
Please switch off the machine. While holding down 0+8 buttons please switch on the machine.
When the machine is in TEST MODE, input 400 and press the start button, press the 0 button and
then press the enter tab on the display.
Switch off the machine wait 1 minute and then switch on the machine.
If the error code reappears the thermistors and thermo fuses need to be replaced in the fuser section.
I hope that this sorts out the machine.

Spin Safety Switch has broken where it screws into the machine

If you take a one inch paint scraper and insert it about three inches from the edge of the washing machine top and push on a small spring clip. At the same time lift up on the washing machine top. You can now access the lid switch. There are two screws holding the switch in place located inside the lid.
You can take the switch into any appliance service store and they can help you get a new switch.

Washing machine starts then stopps after a few minutes if you push on the door and hold it the machine will start again but once the door is released it stops machine is a front loader .

Safety switch on the door itself is possibly bad. This isn't an easy fix due to the location of the switch. Good Luck hope this helped some

Top loading machine will not empty water or spin

Hi, check your fuse or circuit breaker in your house panel, check make sure there's power in your washer receptacle,(outlet, socket). if there's power in washer receptacle, check machine lid switch first, lift (open) top of machine, look under area covered by lid, switch should be located there, you did not say what model or make of machine, i could be more accurate in helping you find lid switch. check lid switch first, if lid switch o/k, you will have to make more checks, check for breakage, damages machine plug, check from plug all the way to where it is connected inside of machine, check your timer, any printed circuit boards , check machine water level switches, and all other switches, until you find (faulty one) problem, also check motor, and motor capacitor. if you have to reach that far. but first check simple, basic things, make sure power to machine, check lid switch., always remember, disconnect power before doing any repairs, let me know what happened., you can empty your machine by lowering drain hose close to floor. by gravity, use bucket, or something to collect water from machine.. good luck.

How do I descale the saeco magic deluxe coffee machine?

Hi,

Try this:

Standard descaling
Switch off the machine.
Pour a descaling product into the water tank.
Switch the machine on to the programming mode(see below). Place a large container under the steam/hot water dispensing tube and open the steam/hot water knob slowly, turning it counterclockwise.
Turn on the machine by pressing the main switch and let the descaling product flow out of the dispensing tube for approx. 1 min.
Close the knob again.
Turn off the machine with the main switch and let the solution take effect for approx. 5 minutes.
Repeat this procedure two or three times, to allow all of the descaling product in the water tank to flow out of the dispensing tube.
As soon as descaling has been carried out, rinse the tank thoroughly and fill it with fresh water.
Switch on the machine and let fresh water (approx. 2 l) flow out of the steam/hot water dispensing tube in order to rinse away residue.
The machine is now ready for operation.

When the machine is on, the warning light switches off automatically, by pressing the steam selection button for at least 5 seconds.

To enter the programming mode, turn the machine
off with the main switch.
Press steam , espresso coffee and the
main switch at the same time.

Release the buttons.

Hope this will help you.
