I have the same problem. I am on vacation and cannot download my pictures, but I only have 60 pictures on a 1GB card. Is there some way to reset the frame numbers without erasing the pictures from the memory card?

Copy your card to hard drive, reformat your memory card, and see what the numbers of pictures it gives you.

If you lower the resolution of the camera, the more pictures you can take.

I had the same problem with a Fuji Finepix 1600 Frame No full error and kept pressing menu-set up- frame no and changed it to renew but still I got the error but what you need to do is go to menu-set up then scroll until you see Format then choose erase all data(Make sure all photos have been taken off your memory card and onto your computer first) Go back to frame no then choose renew, take a picture then back to Frame No in menu and select continuous. Frame No should be back a zero.

My camera says frame no. Full

Not really familiar with that camera, but if it uses an SD or other memory card you might try reformatting the card. There should be an option for reformatting in your menu. (Reformatting will erase all pics). If that doesn't work you might try another memory card.
Also, try removing the battery for a few minutes to reboot the microprocessor.

Fuji finepix a 345 is not showing dsc photo folder when connected to pc. PC can't read file header. Memory card shows full (less 8 mb). cannot access photos. Kindly guide what is to be done. Thx.

Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

The camera says memory is full but I have only taken about 20 pictures - the letters IN appear in the corner - camera is a finepix F31fd

You are taking pictures to the internal memory and not to the XD Picture Card. The internal memory will only hold about 20 pictures. You can buy an XD Picture card at Walmart or really any store that sells camera accessories. 256MB should be plenty.

You can also lower the resolution of your pictures and then the internal memory may hold maybe 32-40 pictures.

I'm only getting 12 pictures before I get a "Memory Full" notice

You didn't state whether or not you are using a memory card in your camera. If you are storing pictures strictly on the camera's internal memory and you have a high megapixel camera, it is quite possible that your memory is full. I have seen cameras with only 8 MB of internal memory which will hold very few pictures before giving you a "memory full" message.
